RE-DIRECTING A POST TO A NEW LOCATION

Have you moved your site/blog to a new address and you want to re-direct visitors from the old address to the new site, a situation that normally arise when you do not want to delete the old site for one reason or the other?These are the steps to follow.
STEP1:Go to the new site  and copy the address from the address bar.It is always better to copy here as the real address may give you some problems when you eventually need it.
STEP 2:You can now go to the old site and delete the post but not the Tittle.After deleting,you can put these in the location of the post---{THIS POST HAVE BEEN MOVED TO ----a href="(paste what you earlier copied here)">(New url or LINK}
Put the sign "<" before THIS and ">" after LINK}
EXAMPLE: I want to move the topic: HOME SAFETY:KITCHEN SAFETY from my blog "godak-safety.blogspot.com to a new url "http://oghara.blogspot.com"
STEP 1: Copy the post and re-post it to http://oghara.blogspot.com
STEP 2 After posting copy the post address from the address bar.Coping from here is important so that this address does not give you problem later when you need it.
STEP 3:Go back to the former post  (godak-safety.blogspot.com) and delete only the body of the post but not the Title.
STEP4:In place of the body you can put  --"THIS POST HAVE BEEN MOVED TO ---a href="http://oghara.blogspot.com/HOME SAFETY:KITCHEN SAFETY">;
Put "<"and ">" before "a href" and after ">"
STEP 5:Publish the post.
STEP 6: Test if you can get the new post from the old post. that is click on the link when you view the published post.
